(and continuing to run) our own national staffing organization. Given we worked nationwide, we developed a national benefit plan, including a national PPO, a national drug card, personal accident insurance, flexible spending account plan and much more.
As staffing clients began to ask us to help them with other HR activities, including payroll and benefits, it became a natural extension to offer this as a service. We have been providing this service for several clients for years, and have now decided to bring it to the next level. Kruse PEO was born.
